Submitting an inquiry through this website does not guarantee availability, pricing, or a confirmed reservation. A reservation is only confirmed when accepted through our booking process, management team, or booking software, and any required payments, agreements, or approvals have been completed.
Additional booking terms, rental agreements, house rules, liability waivers, cancellation policies, and payment terms may be provided through our booking software or directly by our management team. Those documents govern the actual rental and use of the property.
4. SMS and Text Message Communications

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS service at any time. Text STOP to +1 951-517-4513. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, sign up as you did the first time.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 1–2 messages per week, depending on your booking activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Estate at Oak Hollow is not responsible for any delays in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or network conditions.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
